This tier is the ideal launchpad for ambitious professionals who aim to progress to Fellow (FSOME) and eventually chartered status (CME®, CEL®, etc.).

After accumulating sufficient experience, CPD points, and professional contributions, Associates may apply for Fellow (FSOME) status – the core executive tier.
