It is designed for experienced managers who have moved into roles with significant strategic responsibility – department heads, regional managers, and senior professionals – and wish to earn a globally recognised credential that validates their competence.
This level focuses on core management disciplines: strategic planning, financial literacy, people leadership, and operational excellence. It is the first step toward full CME® status.
