• Minimum 5 years of professional/managerial experience
• Alternative: professional body membership (e.g., CMI, CIPD, PMI)
• Evidence of CPD / executive programmes

Fast‑track for holders of existing executive credentials, MBA graduates, or those with substantial governance experience. Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) reduces time to chartered status.

• MBA, DBA, or other master's/doctorate in management
• Current members of recognised professional bodies (≥ 7 years)
• Senior government or military leadership experience
• RPL assessment for accelerated Fellowship
